1. Sponsor
The TN Whiskey Roadtrip VIP Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Events Hatched, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is conducted in collaboration with various tourism organizations, hotel partners, and distillery partners who provide prize components but are not responsible for the administration, execution, or fulfillment of the Promotion unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to:
Legal residents of the State of Tennessee, and
Individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Proof of Tennessee residency and valid government-issued identification may be required prior to prize fulfillment.
Void outside Tennessee and where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins upon publication on tnwhiskeyroadtrip.com and ends at:
11:59 PM Central Time on March 6.
Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by:
Completing the official entry form on tnwhiskeyroadtrip.com
Providing a valid email address
Opting into email communications as indicated on the entry form
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Automated entries, bots, or fraudulent submissions are prohibited and may be disqualified.
5. Prize Description
ONE (1) winner will receive:
One (1) pair of VIP tickets to each TN Whiskey Roadtrip event
One (1) hotel night stay in each participating market
One (1) distillery tour and tasting experience in each market
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Determined by Sponsor.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received after the Promotion Period ends.
Winners will be notified via email using the address provided at entry. Failure to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Scheduling, Redemption & Producer Protections
Hotel stays are valid only on the night of the corresponding event and may not be transferred, exchanged, or rescheduled.
Event tickets, hotel stays, and distillery experiences must be redeemed according to dates designated by Sponsor.
Winners may not substitute alternate markets, dates, hotels, or distillery experiences.
All reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, capacity limits, and partner operating schedules.
Sponsor retains sole discretion over scheduling and redemption logistics.
8. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure
Event details are subject to change.
If any event is canceled, postponed, or modified for any reason including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, venue issues, acts of God, or partner availability:
No replacement tickets, substitute prizes, refunds, or additional compensation will be provided.
9. Prize Forfeiture & Non-Use
If a winner is unable to attend an event, fails to redeem any portion of the prize, or declines any component of the prize for any reason:
The unused portion will be forfeited.
No cash value, substitute experience, or replacement prize will be provided.
10. Responsible Alcohol Consumption
Participation includes alcohol-related experiences.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to:
Consume alcohol responsibly.
Comply with all applicable alcohol laws.
Not operate vehicles while impaired.
Sponsor and partners assume no responsibility for participant behavior relating to alcohol consumption.
11. Tennessee Alcohol Promotion Compliance
This Promotion complies with applicable Tennessee alcohol laws and regulations. No alcohol is being awarded directly as a prize. Any alcohol consumption experiences are provided solely as part of event admission, distillery tours, or tasting experiences conducted by properly licensed establishments.
All alcohol service will be managed by licensed vendors or venues in accordance with Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations. Age verification and responsible service policies will be enforced at all participating locations. Sponsor does not provide, sell, or distribute alcoholic beverages as part of the Promotion outside of licensed environments.
12. Behavior & Removal Policy
Sponsor reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any winner or guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate, or who fails to comply with venue policies or applicable laws.
Removal or denial of participation for behavioral reasons may result in forfeiture of prize components without compensation.
13. Partner Liability Disclaimer
Tourism partners, hotel partners, distilleries, and any third-party providers are prize contributors only and are released from liability relating to entry, selection, participation, or prize fulfillment.
14. Publicity & Content Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, photographs, video, and event participation content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
15. Email Communications
Entry constitutes consent to receive promotional communications from Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
16. Social Media Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any social media platform.
17. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and partners are not responsible for:
Technical failures or website issues
Lost or incomplete entries
Travel disruptions
Third-party services
Personal injury or property damage arising from participation
Participation is at entrant’s own risk.
18. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary and to disqualify entrants who violate these rules.
19. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
